Once configured, the integration runs automatically on a scheduled basis to manage your giving data:
Create new donations in Ministry Platform when they are successfully processed in Subsplash.
Update existing donations when relevant changes are made in either system.
Group donations into batches for simpler reconciliation and reporting.
Link donations to the correct contact records in Ministry Platform.
The integration supports bidirectional synchronization, which means:
Donations created or updated in Subsplash are synced to Ministry Platform.
Changes made in Ministry Platform are reflected back in Subsplash (when applicable).
What Gets Synced
The following donation information is synchronized between the Subsplash Giving platform and Ministry Platform:
Donation amount and currency.
Date: Specifically the authorization date for online donations.
Status: Donation status (paid, pending, batched, etc.).
Payment Method: The original payment source (credit card, ACH, cash, check, etc.).
Designation: Fund designation (which fund, program, or campaign the donation supports).
Donor Information: Complete donor details, linked to the correct contact/profile in Ministry Platform.
Details: Notes and additional metadata.
It will automatically determine which version of the record is more recent and updates accordingly, ensuring complete data consistency across both platforms.
Batch Management
Donations are automatically organized into logical batches in Ministry Platform:

Transfer Batches | Online donations are grouped by their unique Transfer ID. | Automatically set to a status like 'Committed' upon transfer. |
Manual Batches | Offline donations (cash, check) are organized into separate batches. | Automatically set to the appropriate status (e.g., 'In Progress'). |
