This banner will appear above the header of your site. To enable your banner within your website follow the steps below:
Go to your Settings on your SnapPages dashboard and select General.
Enable the announcement banner.
Customize your banner!
Enter your desired text, select the color icon to change the color, and enable/disable the Dismissable option.
If you have a sticky header, the best practice would be to enable the dismissable toggle.
Optional customization - Hyperlink the text.
If you wish to hyperlink the text within the announcement banner, you will need to set up an HTML Link.
<a href="url">link text</a>
The link text is the part that will be visible to the reader.
Clicking on the link text will send the reader to the specified URL address.
This is what your announcement link will look like:
Url between the quotations and the text between the > < characters.
