From your first interaction to the point of sale, your ministry consultant is your primary point of contact to navigate the sales process and arrive at a decision.
Onboarding Specialist
Onboarding Specialist
Your Onboarding Specialist is committed to helping you find value on the Subsplash Platform. The Onboarding Specialists specific role is determined by which onboarding package you purchased. In most cases, they help you build your Starter App (the initial version of your app) as quickly as possible so you can begin to see growth and engagement through the Subsplash platform. From point of sale to when your apps go live in the app stores, your onboarding specialist is your primary point of contact to navigate the building process.
Client Success Manager (CSM)
Client Success Manager (CSM)
Your Client Success Manager serves as your primary point of contact from when your app goes live for the length of your partnership with Subsplash. Meeting regularly with your CSM ensures you maximize the value of your subscription. They are here to introduce you to new features and provide consultation on how best to utilize the Subsplash platform based on your unique ministry goals.

Your CSMG is a specialist here to help you transition exclusively to Subsplash Giving. Together with your CSMG, you will game plan both back-end and front-end changes, including shifting systems, understanding how the giving tool works, and donor transition.

Subsplash Support exists to enable you to get the most out of the Subsplash Platform by answering technical and troubleshooting questions.
