Tips
“Household ID” is the single identifier that our importer will use to group people into a household. You can use any text or numerical ID value, as long as all household members have that same value they will be linked together. Households will NOT be automatically linked by matching address information.
Go to /People > /Duplicates to clean up any duplicate profiles first
It's OK to leave some fields blank or skip importing some data points. For example, children don’t typically have an email address. If you don’t have every child’s DOB handy, that's OK. Parents can add their children’s DOB and other information later via the Check-in kiosk.

Export your data from your other check-in system
Email is the key identifier for profiles. Please ensure these are unique if possible to prevent duplicates.

Map your CSV columns to the Subsplash fields.

Review your data to make a final check. You can scroll to the right to review more columns. If all looks good, Finish import.
When complete, you will receive an email with the import digest as well as this Import digest page.
