With our Code block in the page editor, many types of third-party services can be integrated into your website (e.g. E-commerce, calendar, email subscription forms, and much more).

To read more about how to use third-party services with your SnapPages website, please read our guide here. If you would like help using a 3rd party e-commerce service to set up an online store, check out our e-commerce guide here.

Code Management Options

From the main menu of SnapPages, click on Storage, then Code. This will bring you to the area in the screenshot below.

From here, you will see options to Edit, Delete, or create +New code from scratch. Once a new code has been added, it can be easily referenced from any of the pages on your site when adding the Code block in the page editor.

Using An Existing Code Snippet While Editing a Page

For example, in the first screenshot on this page, you'll see that I've added a custom code for a Spotify widget. To add the Spotify widget to a page, navigate to the desired page and click "Edit." While in the page editor, drag the Code block (displayed in the screenshot above) and drop it on the page. In this case, since I have already added the code in the Storage section of my account, I can easily add the Spotify code by selecting 'Select Existing' and choosing the code. From there, click "Select Code Snippet" (If you have not yet added your code to the Storage Tab, select "Create New" to add a new code snippet).

Keep in mind that whenever a new set of code is added anywhere in the editor (through the Create New options shown above) it is automatically added to the Storage section, allowing for easy editing or removal later.
