Hosting PDFs Online:

If you're already hosting your PDFs online, it's easy to incorporate them into the app. Just make sure the file is set to public, copy the URL, and follow the instructions below for adding the PDF to a list or media item.

If you don't have a space already set up for hosting your PDFs online, you can learn more about hosting your content in this article.

Adding your PDF to a List:

If your PDF is hosted online, follow these instructions to add your PDF to a list. To learn more about lists, check out this article.

  • Navigate to the Subsplash Dashboard

  • Under the Library menu, select Links

  • Create a new Link

  • Input the URL address of your PDF

  • Connect your new link to any list in your dashboard!

Note! If you host the PDF with Subsplash, you will not be able to add your PDF to a list, only to a media item.
