Enabling Notifications In-App

Our first recommendation, when you're having issues receiving Push Notifications, is to make sure that they are enabled with your app!
โ€‹
โ€‹Here are some steps on how to check that:

  1. Navigate to the Personalized Account Menu by clicking your Avatar in the top right corner of the app.

  2. Scroll down to the "App Settings" section.

  3. Tap on the "Notifications" button.

  4. Make sure the toggle switches are turned on for all the areas you would like to receive notifications from! If it's not, slide the toggles to the right to turn them on.
