There are a few ways to add emails, calls or text depending on the type of item you are using. The quickest way is to add them as a link item. When creating your link item, just select Contact as shown here:

To add an email address, phone number, or text message in other link areas in your app, simply use the prefixes below.

Note! Make sure to follow the exact formatting of each example. Do not use spaces in any fields, and no hyphens or parentheses with a telephone number. Also, make sure to include the area code.
