Updating your content across multiple platforms can be cumbersome, but you can make things easier with Subsplash Web Embeds! Follow the steps in this article to get your embeds up and running.

Head to your Media > Embeds section of the dashboard to see the options below:

Choose the <> Preview embed button below the desired embed you wish to use. Next, choose your settings. This will look slightly different depending on the type of embed you want to use.

Your Media Library Embed will give you the option to choose your content source and, if selecting the Media Library (all media items) or a Media Series, then it gives you a few fixed options of how you'd like to display and order the content display.

Simply choose your settings, apply, copy the embed code, and then paste the code within the custom HTML section of your website. Click here for troubleshooting tips!

Tip: We recommend that you create a List and select that as your source. Lists allow you to arrange your content in any order you'd like by simply clicking and dragging. Click here to learn more about lists!

Your Most Recent Media Item Embed will automatically show your Media Item with the most recent date defined in the Date field.

Not seeing the desired item in your embed? Head over to your Media Library page in your Subsplash Dashboard, select the desired published Media Item, then assign the most recent date to the Media Item date (if date has not already been assigned). That item should now show up in your Most Recent Media Item Embed!

Your Giving Embed can be set to autofit within the embed creation section (recommended), or a given fixed pixel dimensions. For more information on adding Subsplash Giving to your website, click here!

If you have a live Mobile App and/or TV App in stores, you can embed your promo page on your website! If you need to update the screenshots for your Promo Page just head to Settings > App Update Request and be sure to check the box for screenshots. You may request these twice, annually.

Tip: This embed will not be available until your app is live.

You can now embed your Subsplash Events directly on your site using our new Events Embed code! Simply select the calendar of your choice and copy the embed code.

Note: Events generated from iCal feeds will not populate within your Subsplash Web Embed.

If you have Subsplash Messaging enabled on your account you can embed a pop-up on your site for Messaging! This will allow users to log in and chat directly from your site.

You can access the embed by selecting Messaging- > Embed, scrolling down to the messaging embed, and selecting "preview embed," from here you can copy the code.

To add Messaging to all your pages on your Snappages site, make sure to add the code to the HEADER section located under Settings -> Custom Code.

Once you've selected your desired settings and copied the generated embed code, head over to your website builder and look for a "custom code" or "HTML" section within your site to add your embed.

Note: In the GIF above, We are using JSFiddle to visualize the functionality of my embed. Just paste your code in the HTML box and select Run. This is a great tool for troubleshooting any issues on your website!

Note that editing the settings in the Web Embed Builder page will not affect the embeds you have created in the past. If you need to make a change to your embed settings, you will want to generate a new embed code, then replace your old embed code with it in order to see your new settings take effect!
