Active Contacts

Active contacts are people within your church or organization who regularly attend your events, serve or fulfill assignments, receive mailouts, or interact with your organization through Subsplash Church Management. This is the default status for most contacts.

Draft Contacts

Draft contacts are those added to the system, typically through an import, that are missing most of their information. For example, a contact that is imported with a name, but no key identifier like email, address, or phone number, may be marked as a Draft.

Archived Contacts

Archived contacts represent people who no longer interact with your organization through Subsplash Church Management. These contacts are generally filtered out of mailing lists and do not appear within the default contact view.

Reactivating Archived Contacts

Archived contacts can be reactivated manually by finding their contact through the master search bar at the top of Church Management (this search bar shows results from every item in your system, including those that have been archived) or by adjusting the filter in the contacts view to show archived contacts. Once you find the contact, click the three dots on the right or click the check box to open the action menu and scroll down to find the "Change Status" options, and choose "Mark as Active". You can also find these same options if you have opened the contact to view its details by clicking on the three dots in the top right. These steps can also be followed to transition a contact between any of the Status options.

Contacts can also be automatically reactivated when they interact with Subsplash Church Management (ie. Checking in to an event, submitting a form, etc.)
