Your People data is the same across your Subsplash App, Giving, and Church Management dashboards! Anytime a new user is created or a current user is edited, those changes are reflected across both the Subsplash and Church Management dashboards. This provides a constant and up-to-date record of all your people.

How does the Unified People Data Experience work?

Previously Subsplash and Church Management used separate data sources. Now with the Unified People Data Experience, Church Management’s data sources are changed and now display and edit data from the Subsplash data source.

What data is unified between Subsplash and Church Management?

Currently, it is the People/Contact data that is unified between Subsplash and Church Management.

What happens to my Church Management data once the Unified People Data Experience is enabled for my Subsplash Church Management account?

Your Church Management data will no longer be accessible because once the Unified People Data Experience is enabled for your account, your Church Management dashboard will only display your Subsplash People Data.

If I already have Church Management data besides People, what will happen to it when my People data is unified?

Households, volunteer teams, groups, mailing lists, events, and custom detail sheets will still be accessible, but all will be disconnected from any connected contacts because the data source for your contacts will have changed. You can migrate most of this data by exporting the data before unifying your people data, and then importing it after the integration is activated. You should consult with our Subsplash support team before attempting this to ensure the right data is exported and mapped correctly on import.

How can I enable the Unified People Data Experience for my Subsplash One account?

For most clients, this feature was automatically turned on. For clients who had created a larger amount of data in Church Management, it was not automatically enabled. If you are one of these clients, it can still be enabled for you, just reach out to our Subsplash support team here, and they’ll help you with the process of enabling the Unified People Data Experience.
