After signing up for the Giving Pro add-on, our underwriting team will request additional documentation from you via merchantops@subsplash.com.

Underwriting Requirements

  • A completed Remote Check Deposit Underwriting form

  • A voided check from the account where the funds will be deposited into

  • The last 3 months of bank statements

Why are these Documents Required?

Voided Check

This is used to verify the bank account where the funds will be delivered.

Bank Statements

Our processor requires three months of bank statements. The bank statements identify if funds flow to your bank account regularly. If there is little to no activity, the application may be declined.

The bank statements are also used to set your processing velocity. Processing velocity is the number of deposits within a specific time frame. Your processing velocity may be adjusted based on your deposit activity.

Additional Requirements

While not required for underwriting, a check scanner will need to be registered before it can be used. Each scanner has a unique serial number usually found on the bottom of the scanner. This information will need to be sent to Subsplash!

Registering the Scanner

  1. Include the following details regarding the scanner in the email

    1. Make (brand)

    2. Model

    3. Serial Number

You may have multiple scanners; if so, please share the details above for each scanner.

Please allow 2-5 business days to register the scanner. Underwriting and registration must be complete before using our Check Scanning and Deposit feature.
