Subsplash currently supports seventeen check scanners. If you already own a scanner, make sure you view our Supported Scanners list before purchasing another one!

If you have a supported check scanner, the next step is to register the scanner!

Purchasing a Scanner

Bulk check scanners can vary in price depending on their features, such as how many checks can be loaded simultaneously. We have partnered with a 3rd party provider known as Teksetra to offer refurbished models listed on average 30-40% less than its new counterpart.

Recommendations

Processing less than 50 checks per week

    • This is a single-feed scanner, which will receive and scan one check at a time. Regardless of its single-feed method, it scans checks quickly!

If you process more than 50 checks per week

The check limits are established by the abilities of the check scanner. When recording checks into Subsplash, you will be able to scan hundreds of checks in a single session if needed.

Refurbished

In order to access the refurbished check scanners, you will need to register using Subsplash's customer catalog number.

  1. Visit Teksetra's registration page and make sure to input our Customer Number 134585

  2. Teksetra will send you a registration email usually within 10 minutes if you registered during their operational hours, M-F 8 am-5 pm CT. Here is an example of what the confirmation email will look like:

  3. Within the confirmation email, select the link to view the refurbished catalog!

  4. After purchasing a scanner, you will receive an email from Teksetra/BLM Technology group confirming your purchase and including the scanner's serial number.

You do not need to receive the scanner to register it. Using the serial number found in the purchase confirmation email, please proceed to Registration!

Registration

  1. On your Batches page in the Dashboard, click the Submit serial number button within the Setup Remote deposit banner.

  2. Follow the prompts to provide your:

    1. Make (brand)

    2. Model

    3. Serial Number

  3. Return to the banner and click Done!

You may have multiple scanners; if so, please share the details above for each scanner.

Please allow 2-5 business days to register the scanner. Underwriting and registration must be complete before using our Check Scanning and Deposit feature.
