Step 1: Generate the HTML Tag

  1. Log in to your Google account.

  2. Click View Details, then select Go to Search Console.

  3. Click Start Now and enter your organization’s full URL in the URL Prefix box on the right-hand side.

  4. Click Continue, choose the HTML tag option, and then click Copy under Step 1.

Step 2: Add the HTML Tag to Your Website

Note: If your website is hosted on a platform other than Subsplash, refer to that platform’s specific instructions for adding an HTML tag.

  1. Log in to the Subsplash Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Web > Website.

  3. Click Settings, then select Code.

  4. Paste the HTML tag you copied in Step 1 into the Header Code field.

  5. Click Save Settings.

Step 3: Verify the HTML Tag

  1. Return to the Google Search Console where you copied the HTML tag.

  2. Click Verify.

  3. Open the Google Play Console and navigate to Developer Account > About You.

  4. Scroll down to Organization Website, enter your URL, and click Send Verification Request.

Important: Confirm Your Verification

  • Look for a green checkmark and the message Website Verified in the Google Play Console.

  • If verification fails, double-check that the URL you entered matches the one added to the Google Search Console in Step 1.

Congratulations! Your website is now successfully verified with your Google Developer Account.
