Gift Processing Times

For a gift to be able to transfer to your bank account, it must first be processed and each gift method can vary.

The term processing encompasses a series of events that take place to verify, approve, and release the funds from your donor's bank to your Subsplash Giving account.

This processing time will depend on what payment method was used to give.

Debit/Credit

Gifts given through cards can be processed instantaneously. This means that as soon as a donor gives using their card, the funds are ready to be transferred!

ACH

ACH gifts take three to four business days to process. This processing time is solely dependent on the donor's bank, as the bank takes this time to verify, approve, and release these funds for withdrawal.

ACH processing times can take up to 5-7 business days during the holiday season due to banks having more transactions to process and fewer business days to process them.

As soon as a gift is processed, the gift is then eligible to be transferred to your bank account with your next scheduled transfer.
