Transaction Processing Times

For a transaction to transfer to your bank account, it must first be processed, and each transaction method can vary.

The term processing encompasses a series of events that take place to verify, approve, and release the funds from your donor's or customer's bank to your Subsplash Giving account.

This processing time will depend on the payment method used.

Debit/Credit

Transactions through cards can be processed instantaneously. This means that as soon as a transaction is submitted using a card, the funds are ready to be transferred!

ACH

ACH transactions take one to three business days to process. This processing time is solely dependent on the bank, as the bank takes this time to verify, approve, and release these funds for withdrawal.

Longer processing times are more common with smaller banks or credit unions and during busy holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, due to banks having more transactions to process and fewer business days to process them.

As soon as a transaction is processed, it is then eligible to be transferred to your bank account with your next scheduled transfer.
