If you’ve recently updated your church’s name, address, or contact information, ensure these changes are reflected in Subsplash Giving, as well as in the receipts and statements sent to your donors.

Some information regarding your entity or the contact information for your organization can only be updated by a Subsplash Support Agent. A change in the following information can cause your Stripe profile to reverify. Therefore, involving Subsplash Support is seen as a safety net to prevent your Stripe profile from falling out of compliance and being restricted due to incorrect or unacceptable information.

To update your organization's information, please submit a ticket using the Subsplash Assistant and include the updated information, and our team will take care of the rest!

Feel free to copy, paste, and fill out this information in your ticket and we'll use that information to update your account:

  • Phone:

  • Street:

  • City:

  • State:

  • Postal Code:

  • Country:

  • Statement Descriptor (shows in donor bank statements):

  • Donor Contact Email (shows in Gift receipt):

  • Website URL (shows in Gift receipt):

If you would like to change the Legal Name or Common Name (DBA), please submit a request to merchantops@subsplash.com and be sure to attach SOS (Secretary of State) documents and/or an official DBA (doing business as) document.

The organization's physical address cannot be a P.O. Box. Stripe, our payment processor, must adhere to regulations that prevent fraudulent activity, and a P.O. Box is not a valid address, even if you have a physical address from the P.O. Box provider. However, the P.O. Box can be added to your receipts since those do not require your legal address. Please reach out to our Support team to have that updated. For additional information, please see Stripe's article.
