The event will still be viewable through the Subsplash Dashboard, but should show a private icon (crossed-out eye) next to the event on the All Events page.
While the event is not visible on the app, website, or any event embeds, the event is still able to be shared out by using the Event URL in the Share Event section of the event. This way if you have a smaller private event, you can still create and share that event via the URL without posting the event publicly in your app or website!
Setting an Event to Private
To create a Private Event, just go to the All Events page in the Subsplash Dashboard and start creating an event just like any other event. Once you get to the new event page where you fill out all the event information, just select the dropdown in the top right of the page that says "Public" under the visibility section, and then select the "Private" designation. Then just save your event to finish creating that Private Event!
