People and Contacts sync within your Dashboard but Church Management can collect more information about your Contacts, including all the data you add about them and all the interactions they have within the system. You can access and edit this information in the Contacts area.
Quick Buttons
The buttons below the profile can be used to send an email, make a phone call, add a note, or add to an address book with one click. You can also upload a profile picture for the contact.
Basic Details
From your Homepage, open the Contacts page from the sidebar menu to see a list of contacts then click on any of the contacts to open up the contact card.
In the basic details area add name and other personal information about the user, such as any nicknames, their birthdate, and their timezone.
If you aren’t sure of the exact date, you can tell the system it’s an estimate. Leave the timezone blank if you want to keep it the same as your account.
Activity Timeline
Select the Activity Timeline tab to see what activity the user has completed in the system. You will also see the date when each activity was completed.
Use the tabs at the top to view different categories of activity, for example, forms the user has completed, attendance to events, notes, and connections
, etc.
Households and Relationships
In this area, you can see the household roles and relationships assigned to that user and also add new ones.
Groups and Teams
Here you can see teams and groups the contact belongs to and also add new ones.
Capabilities
You can add or edit any specific talents, qualifications, or training under capabilities.
Availability
Add details about when the user is unavailable. This can help when trying to schedule calls, invite to events, etc.
Notifications
In the notifications area, you can set the users' timezone so they receive notifications in the correct timezone. You can also switch on or off marketing communications.

Other Actions
Access the right-side menu by clicking the three dots at the top right to access a complete menu of all the actions you can apply to that contact.
