Basic Ticketing

When you enable ticketing it:

  1. Automatically adds tickets to a Service.

  2. Allows you to set ticket limits

  3. Allows you to easily distribute and collect tickets.

To enable it, select your Service, navigate to the ticketing tab, and click "Enable Basic Public Ticketing".

Once you have enabled basic public ticketing you can add the different kinds of tickets you would like to offer as well as the capacity limit for each type of ticket. On this page, you can also customize the confirmation message sent to ticket holders and your ticket collection times.

Once you have created your Basic Public Tickets you can use the public share link of your Service to share the ticket landing page. You can find this link by clicking the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the Service page.

Custom Ticketing

Navigate to your Services and then click on any one of them to start editing. This will take you to the Service Edit screen.

Editing Ticket Types

Select Tickets from the side menu. On this screen, below the Registration Forms area, you can edit the Ticket Types available for your Service. Next to each ticket type, click the

numerical value to edit the number of this type of tickets you want to make available for your Service.

The value for Any Ticket is the overall number of tickets you will make available for your Service.

You can add additional ticket types by clicking the Add Ticket Type button and then enter a name and a limit value.

Add as many additional ticket types as you wish, then click Save.

Editing the Repeating Service

Instead of setting the ticket limits on ticket types, you can set them instead on a Repeating Service. To do this, first, select Services on the side menu, then Repeating Services.

Click any one of the Repeating Services on your list to edit it, or create a new one. When you have the Repeating Service open, select Ticket Defaults from the side menu.
