The notes feature in the church management platform allows you to create notes to attach to a contact so that you can track specific data or just general notes on that contact.
Finding Notes
Go to the Church Management Library and click on the notes button and this should bring you to the notes page where we can see all of our existing notes and create new notes.
Create a Note
Create a new note here and you can link it to a contact. Perform a quick search for a contact and add the pastoral note to the contact. You can also designate the title of the note.
Viewing Notes on Contacts
Go to the Contacts page and click on the contact name and then view the activity timeline and then it will show a history log of all notes that have been taken for that contact.
