Requesting a Refund or Managing a Recurring Gift

It’s simple to request a refund or manage your recurring gifts with Subsplash Giving.

If you've processed a gift that has fully processed, you can request a refund from the organization you gave to. Additionally, if your gift is a recurring gift that needs to be canceled, you can edit or discontinue your gift right from your account settings.

If you need to make a change to your recurring gift at any time, you can edit or cancel it by logging into your donor account from the organization's mobile app or giving page.

If you have any issues getting logged into your account to cancel your recurring gift, you can contact the organization directly and a giving administrator can cancel it upon your request.

How to Request a Refund

Once your gift has been processed, you will immediately receive an email receipt from our email domain @secure.subsplash.com to the email address used when processing your gift.

The contact information for the organization that received the gift can be found under the Recipient section of the email.

Once the contact information has been obtained, you can contact the organization by phone or email to request a refund for your transaction.
