From time to time, you may find yourself wanting to edit your recurring donation. From within your donor profile, you can edit the details of your recurring gift, such as the amount, frequency, fund, payment method, and scheduled withdrawal date!
How to Edit Your Recurring Donation
Navigate to your Organization's Giving Link.
In the upper right corner, select Log in or Sign up.
Select the Donor Icon in the upper right corner and click Account.
Click Recurring Gifts.
Select the gift you would like to change.
Make your desired changes.
Click Update.
How to Discontinue Your Recurring Donation
Navigate to your Organization's Giving Link.
In the upper right corner, select Log in or Sign up.
Select the Donor Icon in the upper right corner and click Account.
Click Recurring Gifts.
Select the gift you would like to discontinue.
Scroll to the bottom and select Delete gift.
Click Update.
