If you’ve enrolled as a nonprofit organization and your enrollment is pending or rejected, you can withdraw your current enrollment and re-enroll as a Company/Organization. Follow the steps below to complete the process.
Step 1: Withdraw Your Pending Enrollment
You’ll need to contact Apple Support by phone to cancel your current pending enrollment.
To withdraw your enrollment:
Sign in to your Apple Developer Account.
Click Support in the upper-right corner.
Select Contact Us.
Under “Get help with a new issue,” click View Topics.
Choose Membership and Account, then select Program Enrollment.
Click Call and enter your phone number.
Be ready for Apple's call! Apple will call you immediately, make sure "Do Not Disturb" is turned off and that you're ready to answer.
Step 2: Re-Enroll as a Company/Organization
Once Apple confirms your withdrawal is complete, you can re-enroll.
To re-enroll:
Log back into your Apple Developer Account.
You should see an Enroll Today option at the top of your screen—this means you’ve successfully withdrawn and can begin a new enrollment.
Follow the steps outlined in our guide: Set Up Your Apple Developer Account.
Be sure to select Company/Organization as your entity type during the new enrollment.
Once your Account is complete, you can request a fee waiver by following these steps!
