To make this available for you and your users, head over to your Groups Settings and toggle Direct Messaging on!

To use Direct Messaging, tap on the + in the bottom right of Messaging, then "New Message." Type in your recipient's name and type your message.

Users can block other users from direct messaging them within the direct message conversation by selecting the message options, user options, and then block the user.
