If you’ve signed up for a package that includes Roku and you already have a channel with Roku, you can invite Subsplash to manage your Roku Channel or transfer the channel to Subsplash with a simple email. After the transfer is complete, we'll be able to submit your app for an update. Make sure you've also followed the instructions here to ensure your content is set up properly for your tv app.

Transfer your Roku channel to Subsplash

Warning! If your Roku channel is set as Direct Publisher in the Roku developer portal, you will not be able to transfer the channel to us. If this is the case, please fill out this form to provide us with your Roku Developer credentials so we can update your Roku channel.

If your Roku channel is currently with another developer, please contact the current Roku developer email partnersuccess@roku.com to authorize the transfer of the app. You will need to include:

  • New Holder: rokudev@subsplash.com with Subsplash, Inc

  • Your Roku Channel name

  • Your Roku Channel access code

  • Your Roku Channel Vanity URL

After you send the email to Roku, they will begin the transfer and we can update over your existing channel.

Inviting Subsplash to your existing Roku channel

Subsplash as an administrator to your Roku Channel, following the instructions provided in Rokus Developer Support article: User Access Management in Developer Dashboard

When adding Subsplash, use the information below to invite our team, and we'll take it from there:

  • Roles: Administrator

  • Channels: The channel(s) you would like us to manage

  • Organization (optional): Subsplash
