As an admin, your Dashboard credentials are used in multiple places across the platform. Once you log in for the day, you automatically have seamless access to all of your admin tools:
Be sure to log in before browsing the support site, as some articles are only visible once logged in while others are public for end users and donors.
Also, it lets you interact with our Subsplash Assitant for 24/7 support!
You will know to use your Dashboard credentials when you see this page:
Your Dashboard credentials are separate from the app, Giving, and Messaging log-in, known as your Profile or an "end user". You will need to create a profile via your app or web if you wish to use the same email for both.

Common Issues
We could not find that email or password for Subsplash Dashboard.
This is our standard error message on the login page that indicates either your email or password is wrong. If you are sure you have the right email then double-check your password or reset it if needed.
Password Managers
If you use a password manager to autofill your credentials, be sure it gets updated when you reset your password or if you got invited using a different email.
Your account has been disabled
Oh no! Disabled accounts happen when your Subsplash subscription was canceled, it's possible another admin on your Dashboard canceled the service or it was automatically canceled due to non-payment. If you have worked with Subsplash in the past, it's also possible your email is tied to an old subscription that is still canceled. We can fix this for you!
Please reset your password
Subsplash values the security of our platform but also of our users, we use tools to detect passwords that have been leaked or compromised by bad actors and third parties. If you see a message to reset your password it could be because your password is not strong enough or it has been compromised.
This does not mean Subsplash has compromised or leaked your password.
Missing Button in Password Reset Email
If you receive a password reset email but the button is missing, you are likely using Outlook which is known for stripping HTML and styling from its emails. You can adjust this in your settings but can copy/paste the link from your email in your browser to reset your password.
If you are still unable to log in after going through these steps and common issues, please email us using support@subsplash.com
