Analytics is a great tool that will provide you with visuals to see trends and make forecasts for your current giving environment. You can easily see donor trends, recurring forecasting, and even fee breakdowns.

To learn more, view our article on Giving Analytics.

During reconciliation, or upon request, sometimes we need to be able to dive into the specifics and look for specific transactions. When doing this, it is important to be able to dial in on the specifics. For this, we have updated our Gifts page to provide you the flexibility to set custom filters and utilize search to make this task as easy as possible.

To see all the filters you have available, please check out our Gifts page.

We also know that at times, you just need to see how a fund is performing during a specific period. What changed since you looked at the forecast that caused your recurring gifts to increase this month? What is your average gift size by donor? All of these questions and more can be answered via individual reports. These reports can all be found under Analytics & Reporting in your menu.
