About MortarStone

MortarStone provides advanced giving analytics that allows you to easily view, understand, and assess the health of your church through easy-to-use dashboards and reporting features.

Prerequisites

  1. Subsplash package with API access

  2. Subsplash API Credentials

Obtaining Your API Credentials

API credentials are provisioned and managed by Subsplash. These credentials act as secure keys, allowing authorized access to your data. If you are on an eligible package and now have API access, please reach out to us to get them.

If you are unsure if you are eligible or would like API access, connect with your Subsplash Client Success Manager!

MortarStone Connection

To establish this connection, in MortarStone navigate to Settings > Your CHMS > Subsplash. Here you will be prompted for your Subsplash API credentials.

Once the connection is successfully established, MortarStone will initiate regular data imports from your Subsplash account. Their standard process involves a nightly import to keep their platform consistently updated. If your MortarStone account remains inactive for three months (no logins), MortarStone's import frequency will adjust to a weekly schedule.

For a detailed guide, please refer to MortarStones help article.

Support
