AI Analysis

AI analysis is a whole new way of exploring your data. Navigate your complex data sets by using natural language similar to a Google search. After Trends AI generates a Chart, you can continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions about the data or asking for new information to be added or subtracted from your initial inquiry.

This empowers anyone to build charts that help shape and inform ministry decisions, without requiring knowledge of query languages or data structures. It makes data more accessible, actionable, and meaningful, bringing it to life for the entire team.

Select AI Analysis from the left-hand menu to get started!

AI Analysis within a Chart

AI analysis is also available on Charts that have already been built and pinned to a Board. Simply hover over the chart and click the AI analysis button as it appears. This will begin a new AI analysis session with the chart you selected as its foundation.

From there, questions can be asked about the data, and additional data can be added or removed for deeper exploration. These changes do not impact the original Chart pinned to the Board.

This provides a powerful new way to drill into the existing chart to uncover more insights for your organization!

AI Analysis feedback

With AI Analysis feedback, you can rate an AI Analysis result. Next to Is this insight useful?, select the like (thumbs up icon) or dislike (thumbs down icon) of the insight.

When you select dislike, you can provide more details on why you found the answer less helpful by answering questions based on the type of insight, decisions made by AI Analysis during exploration, aggregation, and other factors. These questions help determine if the features of an insight are relevant or perhaps too obvious.

Trends AI collects your feedback and applies it to any future AI Analysis you run. If you dislike a specific type of insight, AI Analysis pushes that type of insight to the bottom of any future AI Analysis results. The feedback you provide is specific to you and does not affect the AI Analysis experience of other users.
