Subsplash Messaging works very similarly to your standard group text message just within your own church's app!

Subsplash Messaging works very similarly to your standard group text message. You create a Group, Invite Group Members or allow other to join a public Group, and then you can get chatting! Once you are chatting, you can send messages, pictures, Gifs, and even Prayer Request to each other, allowing you to build community and engage with each other all within your App or on the web.

There are distinct roles that are important to understand in order to use Subsplash Messaging to its fullest. These roles are Administrators, Group Creators, Group Managers, and Group Members.

Administrators

Administrators are specifically assigned to your Subsplash Dashboard. They have the ability to invite others from the Dashboard to be group creators, managers, or members. An Admin is not inherently a part of the group as Dashboard users and app/web profiles are separate, but can themselves to the group if they wish as a manager or member.

Group Creators

Group Creators can, from the app or web, create groups and add managers and members. Inherently a Group Creator will be a manager and a member of the group. Check out How to Invite Group Creators to learn more!

Group Managers

Group Managers are the leaders you have identified to manage Messaging for any of the groups or ministries for which you will be using it. They will be the individuals who can manage channels by inviting users, accepting or denying requests to join, delete posts, and removing users as necessary. All this will be done within Messaging on the app or web.

Group Members

Group Members applies to everyone who is invited to a channel with the ability to chat and engage with the group and Messaging.
