How to Create a Pledge
After navigating to your organization's campaign link, enter the dollar amount you would like to pledge to the campaign. After doing so, select Create $ Pledge.
You will need an account to create a pledge. If you have not signed into your Donor Account, you will be prompted to do so after selecting Create $ Pledge.
After reviewing the pledge details, select Confirm $ Pledge.
Congratulations, you have created a pledge! You will receive an emailed confirmation that will include the pledge's details.
Contributing to Your Pledge
After creating a pledge you will be given the option to create a one-time or recurring donation to the pledge. To do so, select Give Toward This Pledge after confirming the pledge.
However, you may wish to give a one-time gift or create a recurring donation at a later date. At any time while the campaign is active, feel free to complete the following:
Within the App
Within the app, select the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Under Giving, select Make a Gift.
Choose the campaign's fund. If you don't remember the fund, it will be listed in your pledge confirmation email.
Continue creating a one-time or recurring donation. (You will need to log into your Donor Account to establish a recurring donation).
Once complete, any donation given to the campaign's fund while it is active will be counted towards your pledge's progress!
If you donated while the campaign is active but before a pledge was made, after creating a pledge the previous gift(s) will be backfilled and counted toward your pledge's progress.
On a Desktop
Navigate to your organization's giving link
Choose the campaign's fund. If you don't remember the fund, it will be listed in your pledge confirmation email.
Continue creating a one-time or recurring donation. (You will need to log into your Donor Account to establish a recurring donation).
Once complete, any donation given to the campaign's fund while it is active will be counted towards your pledge's progress!
