Setting up a gift through your bank (ACH) takes a little time to connect and is only available to donors with an account. We recommend starting with a credit or debit card for your first few gifts while you get ACH set up.
To start giving, head to your church or organization’s Giving page. You can access it through their app or on their website using a computer or smartphone. If you're unsure where to go, check out this article on logging in.
Include the amount you'd like to give, select the campus (if applicable), fund, and preferred frequency. Recurring donations can only be created after logging into your profile. Once finished, click the Continue to give button.
If you have not logged in at this time, you can still do so by selecting "Have an account? Log in." If you choose not to log in or create an account, you may continue as a guest by filling out your name and email. This information is required to provide you with a gift receipt and a donation tax statement. Your church/organization may require you to provide a mailing address.
Once finished, select, Continue to give
If your organization has multiple campuses or funds, you can select + Add another gift to split your donation across multiple funds.
Next, you can add your payment method. We recommend using a debit or credit card to start.
If you are logged into your profile, your saved payment methods will be available to choose from. If you add a new payment method to your profile, it will be saved for future donations. (Supporting articles: How to link a credit or debit card or How to link a bank account)
As a guest, you will only be allowed to use a debit or credit card and your payment method will not be saved for future donations. (Supporting articles: How to link a credit or debit card)
Depending on your organization, you may have the option to cover the processing fee. The default selection is also set by the organization. If you’d like to cover the fee, just make sure the box next to it is checked.
Once complete, you can review and complete your gift - you're done!
