Does a guest need to create an account profile to donate?

A guest or visitor can donate without creating a profile. They only need to supply first and last names, email, and a payment method.


What payment methods can be used for guest giving?

Only credit and debit cards may be used for guest giving. If you have someone wanting to give with a bank account, then they will need to create a donor profile. If you have questions about connecting your bank account or creating a profile, visit our support site.


Will my card information be saved if I donate as a guest?

No, your information will be saved only if you have a donor profile.


Can I give a recurring gift through guest giving?

No, for security reasons, you will only be able to give a recurring gift if you have a donor profile. To learn more about recurring gifts, click here.


Is guest giving an extra cost?

No, guest giving is included with Subsplash Giving.


Are the fees different for guest giving?
