One of the greatest advantages of Subsplash Giving is the fact that we don't charge a single monthly or annual fee to use our service. Simply cover the processing fees, and you're good to go! However, we want to make sure that the fees that we charge are completely transparent and available to you.

Below is a list of the processing fees associated with each type of account and service. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us and we'd be happy to help!

Standard Partnership & Giving Only

This includes any clients who have a Subsplash package but have not agreed to the Exclusive Partnership agreement. Looking to upgrade to the Exclusive Partnership and lower your processing fees? Let us know!

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 2.99% processing rate + $0.30 transaction fee

  • ACH (Bank Account): 1% processing rate + $0.00 transaction fee

Exclusive Partnership

This includes any Subsplash clients that have agreed to our Exclusive Partnership agreement.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 2.3% processing rate + $0.30 transaction fee

  • ACH (Bank Account): 1% processing rate + $0.00 transaction fee

  • GrowCurve: rebates every quarter

Subsplash Payments

Regardless of app packages, all Subsplash Payments fees are the same. Due to the fact that Subsplash Payments are not charitable donations, the associated processing fees are higher to cover the fees that Subsplash is charged by our processors.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 2.99% processing rate + $0.30 transaction fee

  • ACH (Bank Account): 1% processing rate + $0.00 transaction fee

Please note:

  • ACH can be used for purchases made through a Payment Form if the individual has previously liked their bank account to their account. For more information please visit: How to Link Your Bank Account.

  • At this time, ACH transactions are not available for Event Registration.
