Your Subsplash account can be used for many different features on our platform, including Giving, Messaging, Live Chat, and Event Registration. This account will also allow you to log into any of our apps if you are a member of multiple churches or organizations. This makes it easy for you, so you'll only have to remember one email and password.
Subsplash Dashboard Admins, a user account is not tied to your Dashboard user. To experience the Subsplash products like your members, you will need to create an end-user account. Do not log in through https://subsplash.com.
The login screen below is not for app users, donors, or those without Dashboard access. If you see this, please head to your church’s website or app before proceeding with the instructions above.
Signing up
Creating a new account can be done in multiple areas, but don't worry, you only need to create one account! The signup option can be found within the App, through the standalone Giving Link, or through a Messaging invitation.
While viewing any of these options, complete the following to create a new account.
Within your church's app, select the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Next, click "Log in or sign up"
If you'd like to create a new account
Select your preferred method of authentication. Your account is tied to your email address, which allows you to use multiple authentication methods if you would like.
Email (Preferred)
Apple (if you are on iOS, iPadOS, or Safari)
Continuing with Apple will allow you to create a Subsplash account using an existing Apple account.
If you would like to share your email address with your church, you will want to choose "Share My Email" instead of using Apple's Private Relay option.
Google
Continuing with Google will allow you to create a Subsplash account using an existing Apple account.
Once your account has been created, you will receive an email for confirmation and will automatically be logged in.
Logging In
App
Your single account will grant you access to all of the Subsplash features that require a login (e.g., Subsplash Giving, Messaging, Media Play History, and more).
Within the app, select the profile icon in the upper right, and click Log in or sign up, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple
Giving
If you need to edit your Giving payment methods, recurring gifts, or check gift history, you can log in directly through your church’s app, or by using the Giving Link or Giving Embed found on your church's website. The login credentials for Subsplash Giving will be the same as your app login credentials.
App
Within your church's app, select the profile icon in the upper right corner, click Log in or sign up, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple
Website
Logging into your Subsplash account through your church’s website will depend on what tools from Subsplash they use. If they use Subsplash for donations, they will likely include a Giving Embed directly on the website or link out to a standalone Giving Link.
Giving Embed
Your church may embed the giving portal directly onto its website. To begin signing into your account, select Log in to your giving account, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple
Standalone Giving Link
If they are using a Standalone Giving Link, selecting the link will redirect you to a Giving Page, similar to the image below. In the upper right corner, select Log in or sign up, and select your previous method of authentication: Email, Google, or Apple
Password Reset
If you need to reset your password for any reason, follow the instructions above to find the login page. Below the selection box, select Forgot Password? to start the password reset process. When an email with an associated user account is entered, a password reset email will be sent to the email entered. Click the button in the email to reset and enter a new password.

The password reset function will only work for accounts set up using the "Login with email" option. If a third-party authentication method like Apple or Google was used to create the account, the password reset will take place through their platform and login pages.
