Deleting your Subsplash account is quick and easy. To start you'll want to navigate to your Account Management page, you can get there three different ways:
β
Using your Church's App
Open up any app your Subsplash account is connected to or that you have logged into before.
From either the profile menu in the top right-hand corner and log-in to your Subsplash account.
Once logged in, head to your profile and select "Edit your profile information"
From your Church's giving page
Navigate to your church's giving page and select the profile icon on the top right.
Log in to your Subsplash account
Once logged in, select the profile icon in the top right again.
Select "Edit Profile"
From your Church's Web Messaging page
From your church's messaging page, select the profile icon on the top right
Log in to your Subsplash account
Once logged in, select the profile icon in the top right again.
Select "Edit Profile"
Once you're at your edit profile page, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and select the red button that says, "Delete Account", and just like that your user account will be deleted. Deleting your account is permanent, and Subsplash does not retain deleted account data beyond donation records. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered, even by administrators.
Only the user can delete their account. Dashboard users can "archive" the account, which will only "hide" the account from their Dashboard, it will not delete it. While both options serve different purposes, it's worth noting that giving records tied to deleted accounts remain accessible to admins through the Giving dashboard, where they can review donation history using the user's name.
