When you create an item in your Dashboard, you'll have the opportunity to upload artwork for that item. This artwork will appear in different places on your apps and website.

The artwork is attached to each item you create and will consist of your "Library" which are images you have uploaded and "Stock" which is 100s of images we have curated to get you started. If you create an item and no artwork is uploaded or selected from your library, stock images will be applied for now.

The uploader is flexible and you don't always have to have the exact size as we will try to crop the image to the right size. However, we do recommend uploading the correct sizes so you can control how the image looks as our system might not crop how you'd like it. Check out our image design kit for more information on editing your app artwork!

Tip! Every media item you create in a media series will inherit the corresponding media series images, saving you some time! But don't worry: you can always upload new images instead.

Image Sizes:

  • Square: 1024x1024 pixels

  • Wide: 1920x1080 pixels

  • Banner: 1920x692 pixels

Image Requirements:

  • Accepted image formats: PNG or JPG

  • Images must be less than 25MB

  • We recommend 72 pixels per inch

Apply to all:

When in the artwork library you will see the "Apply this image to all sizes" check box - saving a lot of time.

This works best when in the 'Wide" 1920x1080 image and will crop to the other sizes automatically, as we did with this example:

1920x1080 pixel image

The 1920x1080 pixel image was uploaded to square, wide, and banner.

The image uploader crops the images to the proper dimensions.

Where will each image size appear?

  • Square: Appear in the Row and Grid views for phones and tablets and the Now Playing Screen.

  • Wide: Appear in the Row, Grid, and Stacked views; the Web App; Apple TV; and the Carousel header.

  • Banner: Appear in the Stacked view, every media series, the Events and About tabs, and as an optional static header.

Note! You’ll want to make sure you upload the Square, Wide, and Banner images everywhere you can, for the best experience.
