Subsplash is excited to announce Media AI Resources Powered by Pulpit AI! You can now generate AI resources with Pulpit AI directly from your Subsplash Dashboard. If you already have a paid Pulpit AI subscription, you can connect your account to the Subsplash Dashboard.
Creating an account via the Subsplash Dashboard

Pulpit AI accounts created through the Subsplash Dashboard cannot be unlinked, or accessed through the standalone Pulpit AI website.
You can now create a Pulpit AI account through the Subsplash Dashboard, by following these steps:
Navigate to a Media Item, and select the Get Started button in the AI Resources section:
Select the Generate AI resources button. This will automatically sign your account up for a trial account, with 2 free credits.
Select Yes, generate to start generating your AI resources. To learn more about what you can generate with Pulpit, look here!
After this, you can see how many credits you have left, or upgrade your subscription here:
If you choose to upgrade, you will be redirected to the below page. Only Billing Managers and Administrators on the Dashboard will be able to upgrade, but all users can view this page.
If you choose to upgrade, you will be redirected to Pulpit AI's billing to sign up!
Linking an existing Pulpit AI account

Trial accounts are not eligible for integrating with the Subsplash Dashboard at this time.
Link your Pulpit AI account to Subsplash Dashboard. Our systems will check for matching emails between your Pulpit and Subsplash accounts. A new section appears in Media-->Settings if these emails match.
You can also link your account via a Media Item. Use the Get Started button.
Select Link Pulpit AI account from either option.
4. This permanently connects your Pulpit AI account to your Subsplash organization/Dashboard.
Requirements:
One Pulpit AI account links per organization.
Account ownership transfers to your Subsplash organization/Dashboard.
All Dashboard users can generate AI resources from Media Items.
You'll continue to be billed separately for the two products.
After signing into your Pulpit AI account, you will now be able to generate AI resources (clips, transcripts, discipleship resources, etc.), within media items by selecting the Generate button!
Selecting Discussion questions, Shareable clips, and Social media posts will bring you directly to those places within Pulpit AI, just within the Subsplash Dashboard! This is what it will look like once Pulpit is open within the Dashboard:
Users that connect their Pulpit AI account to their Subsplash dashboard will have credits deducted from their Pulpit AI account balance anytime a user clicks the Generate button from within the AI resources section of a media item. Users can track their remaining Pulpit AI credits from both the AI resources section of a media item (pictured below) and from their Pulpit AI account.
Any Dashboard user can now create these AI resources directly from the Dashboard!
If you choose to link your Pulpit AI account, you can still log in and access it directly from Pulpit. This will be where you want to go if you would like to upload a manuscript file, as the first iteration of this integration will not support these uploads.
Uploads do not sync between the two platforms, so make sure your videos are only being uploaded to either Subsplash or Pulpit AI!
Managing your Pulpit AI subscription

Pulpit AI is billed separately from other Subsplash services at this time.
To manage your account, navigate to Settings-->Subscription.
Here you can see the Media AI Resources section. This section will contain your Pulpit AI subscription.
If you click into the AI resources item, you will be redirected to Pulpit's billing system, where you can manage and upgrade your account, or change your payment method!
