Subsplash mobile and web apps can authenticate end users so you can personalize content, send targeted push notifications, synchronize Groups & Messaging, and pre-fill forms.
Default login methods
Subsplash apps include these login methods by default:
Email with a Subsplash account.
Google.
Apple.
Each person has one global end-user identity. That identity can connect to a separate profile in each organization and can have multiple linked login methods.
Single sign-on
Single sign-on (SSO) lets users sign in with credentials from your existing identity system. Their session works across supported Subsplash app and web tools.
Enabling SSO disables the default Email, Google, and Apple login methods. Your identity provider becomes the only sign-in method.
Subsplash supports these SSO options:
Rock Plugin SSO for organizations that use Rock RMS 16.1 or later.
StudioC SSO for organizations that use the StudioC Member Dashboard.
Custom OpenID Connect (OIDC) SSO for standards-compliant OAuth 2.0 identity providers such as Okta, Auth0, or Microsoft Entra ID.
Plan your SSO setup
Subsplash provisions the authentication provider. Contact your Subsplash Client Success Manager to discuss availability and coordinate setup.
Your team may also need to provide a custom profile page, profile header endpoint, logout option, and account deletion option. Review the technical documentation before you design the experience.
