Deleting your Subsplash account is quick and easy. To start, you'll want to navigate to your Account Management page. You can get there in three different ways:
โ
Using your Church's App
Open up any app your Subsplash account is connected to or that you have logged into before.
Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner to open your profile or log in to your Subsplash account.
Once logged in, select Edit your profile information at the top.
From your Church's giving page
Navigate to your church's giving page.
If you are not logged in, select Log in or sign up to log in to your account. Select the profile icon in the top right.
If you're already logged in, click the profile icon in the top right and select Account.
Select Edit your profile information at the top.
From your Church's Web Messaging page
From your church's messaging page, select the profile icon on the top right.
Log in to your Subsplash account.
Once logged in, click the profile icon in the top right again, then select Account.
Select Edit your profile information at the top.
Once you're on your edit profile page, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account. You'll see a summary of what you'll lose access to, including Messaging and Groups, Giving, and Notes.
After confirming, your account will be deleted, and administrators at your organization will not be able to restore it. However, if you choose to sign up again using the same email address, your giving history will be restored.
โโOnly the user can delete their account. Giving records tied to deleted accounts remain accessible to the organization, where they can review donation history and ensure tax statement delivery.
