Home serves as the primary landing page upon logging in to the Subsplash Dashboard, delivering an immediate pulse on ministry engagement, rapid shortcuts for daily tasks, and clear setup paths for unused features.
Product Cards & Shortcuts
Each product card displays metrics from the previous 30 days, a visual activity graph, and all-time engagement totals. Selecting any metric opens its detailed analytics report.
Use the Shortcuts at the base of each card to either route directly to an administrative index (e.g., Library or All People) or instantly trigger a creation modal (e.g., selecting Event or Person opens a builder modal directly).

Card visibility & access
The cards displayed on the Home page reflect your organization's active package and individual user permissions:
Subscription packages: Products such as Apps, Groups, and Workflows appear as active cards only when included in your active subscription package. Unsubscribed products appear in the Discover more with Subsplash One section below the main card grid.
Role-based permissions: If your assigned Dashboard role lacks permission for a specific tool, the card displays a prompt to contact an Administrator (e.g., viewing the Giving card requires the Giving Manager role). Manage team member roles via Settings > Users.
Fixed layout: Card ordering and visibility are system-managed and cannot be hidden, reordered, or manually customized.
First Step Cards
When your organization has not yet used an active product, the card displays a First Step prompt with a direct setup action rather than empty charts. Once an initial action is completed, the card automatically transitions to show engagement metrics.

Launch your App from the Apps card
For ministries whose mobile apps are not yet live in the app stores, the Apps card displays five sequential setup milestones:
Add tax information
Set up developer accounts
Add app store information
Add branding
Submit your app for review
Status icons beside each milestone indicate current progress:
Green: Milestone completed
Blue: Active milestone
Orange: Action in progress
Gray: Milestone not yet started
Selecting any milestone opens its dedicated configuration page. The progress ring at the base of the card visualizes overall completion, while the adjacent action button leads directly to the active step.
Submitting your app for review
The submission button unlocks once milestones 1 through 4 are marked complete. Verify that all content aligns with Subsplash App Review Requirements before proceeding.
Navigate to the Apps card and select Submit for review.
Review the confirmation details, then select Submit.
App store approval typically requires 3 to 4 weeks. Do not publish new media items or events while your app is in review. Items may still be drafted and saved in an unpublished state until the app goes live.
Following successful submission, the card status updates to Your app is in review. Subsplash engineers inspect your build before routing the submission to Apple and Google for final app store indexing.
If the dashboard returns an error stating "Unable to submit your app for review. Please try again.", select Submit for review once more. If the error persists, contact Subsplash Support for technical assistance.
Discover more
Organizations without active subscriptions to Apps, Groups, or Workflows can select Explore Apps, Explore Groups, or Explore Workflows to review feature capabilities. Contact your Client Success Manager to add these tools to your plan.
