Head to the Settings option in the left-hand menu of the app dashboard and select Users. From there, you can edit or invite your Billing Manager to the Dashboard.

There must always be at least one Billing Manager, so you can't remove the Billing Manager assigned roll until another Billing Manager has been selected.

If you want to instead invite someone else as the Billing Manager, simply click on Invite User in the upper right-hand corner. Add their contact information and be sure to select Billing Manager as their role. Click Invite.

If someone's user role needs to be granted billing access, click on the ellipses to Edit their role. Check the Billing Manager role and then Save.

Add or edit a credit card

Did you get a notification about a credit card expiring? If you're the Admin or Billing user for your Dashboard, you can edit your organization’s credit card and payment information on your Subscription page.

Sales receipts are emailed to all billing contacts when the payment is processed.
