Get ready for a smoother check-in experience with our new mobile pre-check feature! This convenient option lets you pre-select your check-in selections ahead of time, requiring nothing more than a scan of a QR code once you get to church, saving you valuable time on-site.

Here's how it works:

  • Availability: Pre-check is available for mobile users up to one hour before public events start and until the event's check-in window closes.

  • Find It: Look for the pre-check option in the personal account menu of your church's mobile app.

  • QR Code: For quick and easy self-check-in, a personalized QR code will be generated for events where you have a check-in history, or we can automatically suggest sessions.

  • Security Code: Once a household member is checked in, regardless of whether Pre-check was used, you'll get an in-app security code to streamline the check-out process

What devices and app versions are compatible with mobile pre-check?

Mobile pre-check requires the following:

  • iOS and Android apps on app version 6.10 or later

  • Subsplash Check-in app version 6.11 or later

What types of events are eligible for pre-check?

Pre-check is available for all public events that have check-in enabled. Private events do not support pre-check.

When will I see the pre-check option in my app?

The pre-check option appears in your app's account menu up to one hour before the start of an eligible event. It stays available until the check-in window closes or until a household member has been checked in.

Pre-check is only supported for mobile devices (iOS & Android), not tablets.

Under what circumstances will I see a QR code for pre-check?

You'll see a QR code if:

  • The event is repeating, and you have a previous check-in history for the same people and sessions.

  • The event is one-time or repeating (without check-in history), and we can automatically suggest sessions for all your household members.

What if I don't see a QR code?

You'll see a condensed pre-check item if you don't see a QR code. Tap this item to select the event, household members, and their sessions.

What is the security code, and when does it appear?

The security code appears after at least one household member is checked in. It is a unique code that matches the security code on your child’s label, ensuring your checkout process is safe and secure. You can swipe through multiple security codes if needed. The code disappears after members are checked out or two hours after the event ends.
